A little about me!
I love teaching! This is my fifth year at Woodland Elementary School. I taught
the first year in Second grade and my second year servicing students in multiple grades, K- 5 as the reading and math teacher. This is my third year in fifth grade. Fifth grade is such an exciting time as we get ready to head to middle school.
I earned my bachelors degree at Kennesaw State University in 2009.
I have been married for 16 years to a very supportive and loving husband and we have a daughter who is the joy of our lives. Our second child is in the form of a Yorkie named Cinnamon.
I love spending my free time with my family and friends watching both new and old movies, going out to family dinners and creating long lasting memories .
My Favorite Things:
Color: Pink, pink and more pink
Candy: Reeses cups
Stores: Kohls, School Box
Food: Chinese or Italian
Sports Team: Pittsburgh Steelers because of my husband :-). Go Steelers!
I look forward to teaching your children this year. As I get to know them, I am sure I will not only learn from them, but also help them grow and mature academically. Middle school is right around the corner, and with your support and encouragement our children will be well prepared for their next level.
